A Keswick guest house has been sold for £625,000.
Sunnyside Guest House, on Southey Street, is a three-storey property with seven en suite bedrooms and was sold by Colliers International, on behalf of Sean and Anne O’Farrell, who have retired.
Haydn Spedding, an associate director at Colliers International, said: “It is one of 10 hotels and guest houses currently in solicitors’ hands inside the Lake District National Park in what is proving to be a very busy and productive spring season for the sale of hospitality businesses throughout the county.”
Sunnyside was bought by Paul and Nicola Roper who moved to Keswick from Belper and the purchase was financed by Cumberland Building Society.
