The most expensive homes in each of Oregon's counties (photos)

In November, we looked at the top residential properties on the market in each of Oregon's 36 counties. The homes ranged from historic Victorians to new construction, set in an urban settings to rural acreage, and from $24 million in Deschutes County's Sisters to $240,000 in Gilliam County's Arlington.

Where are they now, six months later? Many are still on the market, some were pulled without being sold and some sold. There are also new top listings. Here's an update:

Baker County, on the market for 756 days: 46601 Foothill Road in Haines is listed at $2.35 million. The three-story, log-style house, built in 2008 on 195 acres, has a floor-to ceiling natural stone fireplace, vaulted ceilings in the great room and kitchen, four bedrooms, five baths and 6,000 square feet (the listing price breaks down to $392 a square foot). The listing agent is Garrett Zoller of Oregon Land and Wildlife Real Estate. Median list price for the county: $169,000, up from $156,000 in November, as reported by the real estate database Redfin.

Benton County, still on the market after 733 days: 25904 Green Peak Road in Monroe is listed at $2.9 million. The 90.40-acre property in the Willamette Valley includes 26 acres for Alpine Vineyard. A warehouse can hold 15,000 cases of wine. The custom, three-level house, built in 1978 with a large deck overlooking vineyard and mountain views, was featured in "House Beautiful" magazine. It has four bedrooms, 3 1/5 baths and 2,973 square fee ($975 a square foot). The listing agent is Kelly Hagglund of Keller Williams Realty Portland Premiere. Median list price for the county: $356,000, up from $335,000 in November.

New top listing: as of April 24 and pending by April 27: 4635 NE Elliott Circle in Corvallis is listed at $4.6 million. The three-level Colonial house, built in 1994 on 246 acres, has four bedrooms, five baths and 4,914 square feet ($936 a square foot). The listing agent Lisa Johnson of Horsepower Real Estate.

Clackamas County, still on the market after 357 days: Villa de l'or is a 35.42-acre property at 1707 SW Schaeffer Road in West Linn that is listed for sale at $18 million by Tina Wyszynski of Cascade Sotheby's International Realty. The Mediterranean palace, built in 1996, has a 1,500-square-foot living room with a vaulted ceiling, home theater plus 14 bedrooms, 10 baths and 16,359 square feet ($1,100 a square foot). The property has a private soccer field, tennis court, gym, pool, pool salon and horse arena, as well as an enormous stone Tuscan-styled wine vault that can store imported bottles and estate wine made from Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris grapes grown in four acres of vineyards. Median list price for the county: $437,00, down from $455,000 in November.

Clatsop County, still on the market after 527 days: 640 N Oak Street in Cannon Beach is listed at $5.5 million. The oceanfront house, built in 2001 on 1.41 acres at Chapman Point, has views from Haystack Rock to Ecola State Park. Inside, there's a media room library, bar, crow's nest office, four bedrooms, four baths and 6,467 square feet ($850 a square foot). The listing agent is Farzahn Kamali of Cascade Sotheby's International Realty. Median list price for the county: $335,000, up from $210,000 in November, as reported by the real estate database Zillow.

Columbia County, sold for $1 million on May 1 after 251 days on the market: 34509 Millard Road in St. Helens is listed at $1.25 million. The two-level, custom estate, built in 2005 on 9.61 acres, has a bonus room with a wet bar, four bedrooms including a main level master suite, 3 1/2 baths and 4,258 square feet ($294 a square foot). The listing agent is Lea Chitwood of RE/MAX Powerpros. Median list price for the county: $279,000, a drop from $285,000 in November.

New top listing: 13876 River Front Road in Clatskanie is listed at $1.3 million. The traditional, three-level farmhouse, built in 1941 on 33.10 acres, has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,351 square feet ($553 a square foot). The listing agent is Tracie Smith of John L. Scott

Coos County, still on the market after 535 days: The secluded oceanfront compound at 88502 Agate Lane in Bandon is listed at $2.75 million. The two-story house, built in 1990 on 2.11 acres, has four bedrooms, four baths and 5,448 square feet ($505 a square foot). The listing agent is Hunter Finch of Bandon Property. Median list price for the county: $225,000, a slight drop from $229,000 in November.

Crook County, sold May 19 for $5.9 million after 318 days: The former Remington Ranch at 1814 SW Remington Ranch Dr. in Powell Butte is listed at $5.9 million, a drop from $6.5 million in November. The remodeled 2007 house, on 2,077-acre resort property, has three bedrooms, two baths and 4,384 square feet ($1,349 a square foot). The listing agent is Nicolaus Jones of Keller Williams Realty C.O. Median list price for the county: $308,000, an increase from $289,000 in November.

New top listing: 35 days on the market: Mahogany Butte Ranch with 6,867 acres at 7900 NE Mill Creek in Prineville is listed at $10 million. The main house, built in 2004, has four bedrooms, three baths and 4,010 square feet ($2,494 a square foot). The listing agent is Pamela Mayo Phillips of Cascade Sotheby's Int'l Realty

Curry County, still on the market after 446 days: This oceanfront log estate at 35400 Hwy. 101 in Gold Beach is listed for $9,995,000, a drop from $10.5 million in November by Ted Wood of Cascade Sotheby's International Realty. The house has four bedrooms, five baths and 10,000 square feet ($1,000 a square foot). Median list price for the county: $350,000, a drop from $375,000 in November.

Deschutes County, still on the market after 295 days: R & B Ranch at 16400 Jordan Road in Sisters is listed at $24 million. The custom Northwest-style, single-level mansion, built in 2011 on 507.86 acres with Cascade Mountain views, has eight bedrooms, 8 1/2 baths and 14,666 square feet ($1,636 a square foot). There is a 6,263-square-foot guest home, and manager's dwelling plus a barn with a saloon, indoor arena and racetrack. The listing agent is Pam Mayo-Phillips of Cascade Sotheby's International Realty. Median list price for the county is $320,000, according to Zillow.

Douglas County, delisted 242 days: The gated, riverfront estates at 1174 Old Garden Valley Road in Roseburg is listed at $3.5 million. The custom, Northwest Prairie-style house, built in 2005 on 15 acres with 600 feet of North Umpqua River frontage, has five bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths and 7,450 square feet ($470 a square foot). The listing agent is Debra Tebbs of Cascade Sotheby's International. Median list price for the county: $225,000, increased from $220,000 in November.

New top listing on the market for 183 days: 753 Choice Lane in Sutherlin with 645 acres is listed at $2.6 million. The two-level main house has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 2,757 square feet ($943 a square foot). The listing agent is Tim Snyder, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Professionals

Gilliam County, sold for $227,000: 68766 Weatherford Road in Arlington is listed at $240,000. The custom, single-level house, built in 1976 on 1.02 acres has cork floors, three bedrooms, three baths and 2,012 square feet ($119 a square foot). The listing agent is Boyd Harris of Mountain Valley Land Co. Median list price for the county is $87,5000, up from $85,000 in November.

New top listing on the market for 94 days: 18122 Hulden Lane in Arlington with 4.12 acres is listed at $399,500. The two-story house, built in 2013, has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,641 square feet ($151 a square foot). The listing agent is Donn Walls of  Hermiston Realty

Grant County, off the market (unsold): 28274 South Fork in Dayville was listed at $1.6 million but was taken off the market in September. The two-story, lodge-style house, built in 2006 on 491.72 acres near the John Day River, has three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 3,506 square feet ($456 a square foot). The listing agent is Jennifer Baughman of Bend Premier Real Estate. Median list price for the county: $165,000, up from $147,000 in November.

New top listing on the market for 661 days: 25712 Luce Creek Road in John Day is listed at $1.25 million. The two-story, built in 2011 on 560.65 acres, has two bedrooms, two baths and 1,884 square feet ($690 a square foot). The listing agent is Lori Hickerson of Duke Warner Realty

Harney County, off the market after 278 days: 40641 Highway 20 E in Burns was listed at $635,000. The house, built in 2009 on 160 acres, has 3,200 square feet ($198 a square foot). The listing agent is Kirby Letham of Paramore Real Estate. Median list price for the county: $101,000, down from $128,000 in November.

New top listing on the market 257 days: 30583 Stanclift Lane in Burns is listed at $500,000. The house, built in 1949 on 24.68 acres, has five bedrooms, five baths and 1,648 square feet. The listing agent is Kirby Letham of Paramore Real Estate

Hood River County, off the market (unsold): 3714 Westcliff Drive in Hood River is listed at $1.95 million. The three-level house, built in 1996 on 3.01 acres on the bluff in Hood River with Columbia River views, has has a kitchen with double appliances, four bedrooms, five baths and 7,872 square feet ($248 a square foot). The listing agent is Maui Meyer of Copper West Properties-Hood River. Median list price for the county: $582,000, up from $529,000 in November.

New top listing: Hood River off the market: 7079 Highway 35 in Mount Hood Parkdale is listed at $1.75 million. The glass-fronted, disc-shaped structure has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and 3,815 square foot ($459 a square foot). The Maui Meyer of Copper West Properties-Hood River

Another new top listing on the market 337 days: 4112 Sherrard Road in Hood River is listed at $1.3 million. The three-level custom house, built in 1983 on 22.38 acres, has five bedrooms, 3.5 baths and 6,006 square feet ($216 a square foot). the listing agent is Tim Donahue of Windermere GTRE Hood River

Jackson County, still on the market 470 days: A highly customized dome-like house on 700 acres at 2700 North Valley View Road in Ashland is listed at $8.235 million. Although massive at 8,881 square feet ($927 a square foot), the "spacious treehouse" has two bedrooms and five baths. The listing agent Kendra Ratcliff of Luxe Platinum Properties and Christie's International Real Estate. Median list price for the county: $243,000

New top listing 72 days on the market: 2113 Emigrant Creek Road in Ashland is listed at $10 million. The Cotswold mansion, built in 2006 on 25.6 vineyard acres, has five bedrooms, eight baths and 10,916 square feet ($916 a square feet). The listing agent is Marie Lange of Ashland Homes Real Estate

Another high listing on the market for 380 days: 13511 N Applegate Road in Grants Pass is listed at $7.3 million. The house, built in 1979 on 223 acres, has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,496 square feet. The listing agent is Rich Holstrom of Rich Holstrom Real Estate

Jefferson County, on the market 110 days: 1720 SW Jericho Lane in Culver is listed at $2.75 million. The French chalet-style house with a spiral staircase, still under construction on 194.48 acres, has four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and 6,600 square feet ($530 a square foot) plus outdoor living areas. The listing agent is Everett Decker, John L Scott Bend-Redmon. Median list price for the county: $287,000, a drop from $315,000 in November.

Another top listing: 5250 SE Public Usage 3033 Road in Madras is listed at $1,995,000. the farmhouse, built in 2004 on 160 acres, has three bedrooms, three baths and 2,400 square foot ($831 a square foot). The listing agent is Jerry Hicks of Fay Ranches

Josephine County, still on the market after 2,567 days: 420 NE Greenfield Drive in Grants Pass is listed at $3.9 million. The restored estate home, built in 1900 on 13.03 acres planted in Johnny Appleseed heritage trees, has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,486 square feet ($1,119 a square foot). The listing agent is Randy McBee of John L. Scott. Median list price for the county: $221,000

Klamath County, still on the market after 722 days: 9760 Simpson Canyon Road in Klamath Falls is listed at $1.75 million. The two-level ranch house, built in 2006 on 542 secluded acres in the Plum Valley area, has four bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 2,375 square feet ($629 a square foot). The listing agent is Perry Coon of SauCo Properties. Median list price for the county: $299,000, an increase from $250,000 in November.

New top listing 125 days on the market: 6570 Old Fort Road in Klamath Falls is listed at $2,397,997. The house, built in 2004 on 417 acres, has four bedrooms, four baths and 4,226 square feet. The listing agent is Ryan Weider, Windermere

Lake County, off the market: 26277 Plush Adel Road in Plush is listed at $1.7 million. The house, built on a working cattle ranch on 1,284 acres, has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,952 square feet ($871 a square foot). The listing agent is Robert Bacon of Summit Real Estate. Median list price for the county: $129,000

New listing on the market for 85 days: 25904 Sky Trails Road in Lakeview is listed at $1.35 million. The two-level house, built in 2001 on 400 acres, has three bedrooms, four baths and 3,000 square feet. The listing agent was Walt Gayner of Walt Gayner Real Estate

Lane County, still on the market after 290 days: 27415 Siuslaw River Road in Lorane is listed at $4.75 million. The two-level house, built in 1973 on 208-acre lake property, has five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and 3,468 square feet ($1,370 a square foot). The listing agent is David Smid of RE/MAX Integrity. Median list price for the county: $235,000

Lincoln County, off the market: 5590 NE East Devils Lake Road in Otis is listed at $2.2 million. The house, remodeled in 2014 and sitting on a 120-acre ranch, has a river rock fireplace, three bedrooms, including a master suite with a steam shower, plus two other baths and 3,208 square feet ($$686 a square foot). There is also a 21,400-square-foot riding arena with 40 stalls. The listing agent is Dennis Regen of Dennis Regen real estate. Median list price for the county: $223,000

New listing 12 days on the market: Wild River Ranch in Tidewater is listed at $5 million. The house, on 150 acres, has two bedrooms, two baths and 3,070 square feet. The listing agent is Michelle White of Sotheby's

Linn County, still on the market after 226 days: Angel Valley Farm at 38741 Lulay Road in Scio is listed at $5.9 million. The two-level house, built in 2002 on 375 acres in the Willamette Valley, has four bedrooms, four baths and 4,500 square feet ($1,311 a square foot). There is also a a 60-acre blueberry farm. The listing agent is Robert Lockrem of Cascade Sotheby's International Realty. Median list price for the county: $240,000, up from $214,000 in November.

Malheur County, still on the market after 307 days: 4460 201 Hwy. in Ontario is listed at $975,000. The house, built in 2002 on 20 acres, has four bedrooms, four baths and 3,710 square feet. There is also a 4,800-square-foot shop with living quarters. The listing agent is Nancy Anthony of Global Realty Northwest.

New listing 12 days on the market: 439 Evergreen Road in Ontario is listed at $977,000. The tri-level house, remodeled in 1995 and on 230 acres, has three bedrooms, two baths and 3,100 square foot. The listing agent is Donna Gill, Silvercreek Realty Group - Idaho & Oregon

Marion County, still on the market after 364 days: 3705 Ballyntyne Road South in Salem is listed at $2.95 million, a drop from $2.95 million in November. The Versailles-like estate has an indoor pool and French doors that open to 9.4 landscaped acres and a large patio. The three level mansion, built in 1990, has nine bedrooms, 12 baths and 18,106 square feet ($193 a square foot). There is also a 1,400-square-foot gym plus a 1,600-square-foot party room with a bar and dance floor. The listing agent is Ty Hildebrand of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Real Estate Professionals. Median list price for the county rose to $265,000 over November's $250,000.

New top listing after 59 days on the market: 12101 Summit Loop Turner is listed at $4.5 million. The two-level house, built in 1992 on 50.74 acres, has five bedrooms, eight baths and 16,651 square feet ($270 a square foot). The listing agent is Kendra Ratcliff of Luxe Platinum Properties

Morrow County, still on the market after 1,114 days: 80974 Elk Trail Lane in Heppner is listed at $499,900, a drop from $575,000 in November. The three-level dome-like house, built in 2003 on 3.01 acres, has two bedrooms, three baths inside 4,606 square feet ($125 a square foot). There are also private guest quarters and decks to enjoy the mountain setting. The listing agent is Donn Walls of Hermiston Realty. Median list price for the county: $153,000, an increase from $143,000 in November.

Multnomah County, taken off the market after 586 days: 2424 SW Montgomery Dr. in Portland is listed at $6.5 million. One of Oregon's most famous houses, the 1918 Frank J Cobb House on 2.04 acres, was designed by architect A.E. Doyle, who shaped early Portland with the Meier & Frank Building (now The Nines hotel), Lipman's store (now Hotel Monaco) and the Multnomah County Central Library. At 14,616 square feet, the four-level Jacobethan-style house with Tudor touches was built of stone-dressed brick, topped with a slate roof and perched on two steep acres in the Southwest Hills. The listing agent is Kelsey Williams of Realty Trust Group. Median list price for the county: $390,000, a decrease from $400,000 in November.

New top listing: 275 days on the market: 1405 SW Corbett Hill Circle in Portland is listed at $5.25 million. The Corbett Estate, built in 1916 on 1.57 acres, has five bedrooms, five baths and 9,829 square feet ($534 a square foot). The listing agent is Mimi McCaslin of Luxe Platinum Properties

Polk County, still on the market after 159 days: Hidden Valley Ranch at 8710 North Oak Grove Road in Rickreall is listed at $5 million. The 601-acre property has four homes including a two-story house built in 1975 with four bedrooms, 2 baths and 1,662 square feet ($3,008 a square foot). The listing agent is Eugene Wolf of Wolf N.W. Properties. Median list price for the county: $300,000, an increase from $295,000 in November.

Sherman County, off the market (unsold): 620 Davis St. in Wasco is listed at $450,000. The four-level Victorian house, built in 1897 on 0.78 acres, has six bedrooms, three baths and 5,678 square feet ($79 a square foot). The listing agent is Juli Gun of Cascade Sotheby's International Realty. Median list price for the county: $120,000.

New top listing on the market 163 days: 70620 Hwy 97 in Moro is listed at $299,900. The two-story Craftsman house, built in 1917 on 52.06 acres, has four bedrooms, three baths and 3,435 square feet ($87 a square foot). the listing agent is Dee Ashley of Windermere GTRE The Dalles

Tillamook County, still on the market after 311 days: 49220 Wilson River Hwy. in Tillamook is listed at $2 million. The house, built in 1999 on 19 acres bordering the Tillamook State Forest, has four bedrooms, 6 1/2 baths and 5,922 square feet ($338 a square foot). The listing agent is Matt Crile of Windermere West. Median list price for the county: $260,000

Umatilla County, still on the market after 237 days: 84733 Telephone Pole Road in Milton Freewater is listed at $1.45 million. The two-level, Cape Cod-style farm house, built in 2006 on 77 acres, has three bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and 2,745 square feet ($528 a square foot). The property includes a 20-acre vineyard with an additional 20+ acres of potential vineyard land. There are also views of the Walla Walla Valley and Blue Mountains. The listing agent is Michele Rennie of Windermere Real Estate. Median list price for the county: $185,000, an increase from $175,000 in November.

New top listing on the market for 29 days: 29899 Country Lane in Hermiston is listed at $8 million. The ranch-style house, built in 1995 on 793 acres, has four bedrooms, three baths and 5,540 square feet ($1,444 a square foot). The listing agent is Donn Walls of Hermiston Realty

Union County, still on the market after 319 days: 62737 Lower Cove Road in Cove is listed at $1.4 million. The two-level house, built in 1997 on 233.62 acres, has vaulted ceilings, three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 2,423 square feet ($578 a square foot). The listing agent is Phillip Burling of Ranch-N-Home Realty, Inc. Median list price for the county: $209,000, down from $219,000 in November.

New top listing: 60181 Morgan Lake Road in La Grande is listed at $1.5 million. The three-level, traditional house, built in 2000 on 22 acres, has four bedrooms, 4 1/2 baths and 8,150 square feet ($184 a square foot). The listing agent is Geraldine Murray of Gorge Winds Properties

Wallowa County, still on the market after 618 days: 61173 Lake Shore Dr. in Wallowa Lake is listed at $2.5 million. The two-level, log-sided house, built in 2007 on a 0.65-acre lot on Wallowa Lake with a private dock, has five bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and 4,752 square feet ($526 a square foot). The listing agent is Rachel Rhoden of Cascade Sotheby's International Realty. Median list price for the county: $230,000, an increase from $216,000 in November.

Wasco County, off the market (unsold): 986 Mission Ridge Road in The Dalles is listed at $890,000. The one-story house, built in 2005 on 20 acres, has a concrete tile roof, silicone sand interior walls and a fire-suppression system. Inside, there are three bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths and 3,198 square feet ($278 a square foot). The listing agent is Ellie Webb of Columbia River Properties. Median list price for the county: $210,000, a drop from $235,000 in November.

New top listing: 56626 Juniper Flat Road in Maupin is listed $1,575,000. The two-level ranch house, built in 1950 on 476 acres, has three bedrooms, two baths and 1,760 square feet ($895 a square foot). The listing agent is Tiffany Hillman of Dryside Property

Washington County, still on the market after 578 days: 14300 NW Old Pumpkin Road in North Plains is listed at $2,995,000. The three-level Craftsman-style house, built in 2001 on 29.43 acres, has vaulted ceilings, four bedrooms, 3 1/2 baths and 4,737 square feet ($632 a square foot). There is also an 1,800-square-foot second home and a 29-stall professional equestrian facility on the property. The listing agent is Casey Franklin of Windermere Stellar. Median list price for the county: $420,000, an increase from $429,000 in November.

New top listing 21 days on the market: 20205 SW Conzelmann Road in Sherwood is listed at $3.25 million. The three-level Craftsman-style house, built in 2003 on 35 acres has four bedrooms, five baths and 6,286 square feet ($517 a square foot). The listing agent is Marie Boatsman of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices NW Real Estate

Another top listing, 120 days on the market: 1177 SW Catlin Crest Dr. in Portland is listed at $2,999,000. The two-level house, built in 2000 on 0.48 acres, has three bedrooms, 4.5 baths and 10,286 square feet ($292 a square foot). The listing agent is Veronica Story, RE/MAX Equity Group

Wheeler County, off the market: 40288 North Twickenham Road in Mitchell is listed at $2.4 million. The ranch house, built in 2005 on 643 acres, has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,200 square feet ($1,091 a square foot). The listing agent is Nicholas Allen of Live Water Properties. Median list price for the county: $325,000, an increase from $170,000 in November.

New top listing 73 days on the market: 40288 N Rowe Creek Road in Twickenham is listed at $2.2 million. The house, built in 2005 on 643 acres, has three bedrooms, two baths and 2,200 square feet ($1,000 a square foot). The listing agent is Jerry Hicks of Fay Ranches

Yamhill County, off the market: 15990 NW Red Shot Lane in Carlton is listed at $4,999,500. The gated custom estate, built in 2004 on 94.5 acres, has three fireplaces, a wine cellar, home theater plus five bedrooms, seven baths and 10,797 square feet ($463 a square foot). There is also an inground pool, riding arena and six-car garage. The listing agent is Gina Bany of Better Homes & Gardens Realty. Median list price for the county: $360,000, an increase from $350,000 in November.

New top listing: Del Smith of Evergreen Aviation poured more than $17 million into the 46-acre property at 22111 Riverwood Road along the Willamette River in Dundee, and yet it was put on the market April 25, for $5,998,000 by listing agent Justin Harnish of Harnish Properties. The mansion has 11 bedrooms, 9.5 25,000 square feet ($240 a square foot).
