Associates honored for sales accomplishments

Shelia Banner, manager of Weichert, Realtors’ Blue Bell office, announced several associates in her office achieved individual sales success in January.

Brian Tuner, Sonya Bartash, Diane Williams and Susan Yannessa shared the honor for the most listings in January, while Nanci Troxel led all associates in the Blue Bell office in sales during the month.

Berkshire Hathaway recognizes office leaders

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Fox & Roach, Realtors salutes sales associates for being the office leaders for the month of January 2018.

In the Collegeville office, the Megan Goldstein-Joe Dudek Team has been recognized for listings.

Licensed since 2001, Goldstein, SRS, is a 13-year resident of Limerick. Licensed since 1991, Dudek, associate broker, ABR, CSP, GRI, SRS, SRES, is a lifelong resident of Pottstown.

Andrew Himes has been recognized for volume and units.

Licensed since 2005, Himes, ABR, e-Pro, CRS, CNE, is the recipient of the Chairman’s Circle Award. He is a 12-year resident of Collegeville.

In the Jenkintown Home Marketing Center, the Joseph Dougherty Team has been recognized for listings.

Licensed since 2004, Dougherty, CNE, is a recipient of the Five Start Real Estate Agent and Chairman’s Circle Awards. He is an 19-year resident of Philadelphia.

The Parkins/Yablonovitz Team, led by Jeffrey Parkins and Holly Yablonovitz, has been recognized for volume and units.

Licensed since 2005, Parkins and Yablonovitz, CNE, SRES, ABR, are recipients of the Chairman’s Circle Award. They are five-year residents of Meadowbrook.

Long & Foster welcomes real estate agent

Long & Foster Real Estate welcomes Janice Livshits to Blue Bell’s satellite location at 775 Penllyn-Blue Bell Pike, where she will be working with real estate agents Art Herling and Jamie Adler

Livshits will specialize in working with homebuyers and sellers.

Livshits has over a decade of experience in real estate, coming from Keller Williams Realty – Philadelphia to join the Herling Team. She has received the Five Star Award for three consecutive years from Philadelphia Magazine.

Livshits graduated with a bachelor’s degree from Penn State University. She and her daughter, Grace, enjoy deep sea fishing together both at the shore and in Florida. They also enjoy cooking and spending time with their German shepherd, Nero.
