Nobu Hospitality has revealed plans for a new luxury mixed-use development in Muscat, Oman, marking another expansion in the Middle East.
The Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Muscat project is set to combine “upscale” living, hospitality, and lifestyle amenities in one location.
In partnership with Enevoria Development, the development is the second project following the launch of Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Al Marjan Island.
The project will be executed in collaboration with the Oman Tourism Development Company (OMRAN Group), the government’s tourist development arm.
Located 28km from the Muscat city centre on Yiti Beach, the project will cover over 60,000m² and feature an 80-room Nobu Hotel, a signature Nobu Restaurant, a full-service spa, fitness facilities, swimming pools, and a beach club.
In addition to the resort’s offerings, the development will include a limited collection of Nobu-branded residences.
These exclusive homes are expected to deliver an elevated beachside community experience, complete with resident benefits and coastal views.
Nobu Hospitality’s portfolio in the Middle East includes ongoing projects in the UAE, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia.
Since the launch of its first hotel in Las Vegas in 2013, the company has grown to include 46 hotels and 20 branded residences worldwide, both open and in development.
Enevoria Development CEO Evgeniy Yakubovskii said: “We are absolutely delighted to continue our partnership with Nobu, resulting in a new landmark and visionary project in Muscat, Oman. Every Enevoria Development project is brought to life in collaboration with global stars in architecture, design, and hospitality.
“They are all united by a shared philosophy and purpose: to create an impeccable lifestyle for future residents. We are confident that Nobu Hotel, Restaurant, and Residences Muscat will be a tremendous success and a shining example of hospitality and luxury living in the Middle East.”
Last month, Nobu Hospitality announced a new development in Manchester, UK, featuring a luxury hotel, restaurant, and residences.
