The Project Designer position, which requires a minimum of three years of experience working in all areas of design, offers those with sharp AI-assisted Design, VR, Grasshopper, Adobe Creative Suite, Rhino, Enscape, Revit, and AutoCAD skills the chance to collaborate on a full-service range of project types that includes Tenant Improvement, Civic Art, and even Rehabilitations/Renovations of Historical Structures.
The Project Architect, meanwhile, would join the team in Pasadena with five to ten years of experience working at a California-based firm and liaising with local K-12 clients and stakeholders, etc. such as the LAUSD. Past experience working on tax credit affordable housing projects is also a plus. Please note: the firm is not able to sponsor those seeking an H1B visa.
In Florida, ALIS Architecture is looking to add an Interior Designer to its office in Crestview. The position requires at least three years of experience, plus a strong knowledge of both FL and CA building codes. This is a full-time position. Please note: the firm is only interested in candidates local to their office in northwest Florida.
Rounding out our recap for this week is SuperLA®, the real estate design, construction, and development specialists who are currently seeking a Project Architect to help pitch in on the massive rebuilding process that has begun in the city following this winter's devastating fires. Ideally, the successful candidate would have between six and eight years of experience and demonstrated proficiency in using REVIT to design multifamily structures. As a bonus, you'll have the chance to ensure compliance with state and local zoning codes, building regulations, and permitting requirements that have been revised recently to ensure an expedient recovery.
