WARWICK – Bald Hill Road real estate has had significant turnover this year, the latest being 3.4 acres located just off the retail corridor, at 105 Pace Blvd.

A 42,442-square-foot building was sold on Nov. 17 by the Rockola Corp., of Delaware, to Gaspee Real Estate Partners, of Providence. The $2.2 million sale was brokered by Sweeney Real Estate & Appraisal, of Providence. The new owners are looking to stabilize the asset and the property is now available for lease, according to Sweeney.

The standalone building is now home to Launch Trampoline Park, which has closed and is moving to a 43,000-square-foot building at 920 Bald Hill Road, last occupied by a Bernie & Phyl’s furniture store. A late January opening is planned.

Another tenant at the Pace Boulevard building, Planet Fitness, is moving beginning Dec. 13 to a newly outfitted space at the Rhode Island Mall, where it plans a Dec. 18 opening.
