PROVIDENCE – Linda C. Martel has been appointed chief financial officer of Churchill & Banks Cos. LLC, a real estate development company that is well-known in Rhode Island for commercial and residential projects.
Martel has worked for the company for 33 years, including almost 20 years as comptroller. As CFO, she will be responsible for all accounting functions of the company, as well as construction, new acquisition and development financing.
Martel, a graduate of Bryant University, was instrumental in preparing the project funding for the company’s Kettle Point development in East Providence.
