Verify Smart Corporation Finalizes Contract to Acquire Equity Share in Cbros Technologies’ Patented Anti-Texting Solution for Driving and the Workplace Environment
Fernley, NV, June 21, 2018 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Verify Smart Corporation (VSMR), a Global innovator in financial fraud prevention and digital and mobile solutions, announced today that it has signed a contract with Cbros Technologies to acquire an equity stake in their Mobile Safe Zones subsidiary for cash and stock.
The Mobile Safe Zones (MSZ) Patented Technology prevents drivers from texting and keyboard/application use while driving without the ability to “opt out.” The system is easily installed in less than 10 minutes and can provide feedback to a monitoring party (e.g. insurance company). The MSZ device does not have any direct connection with the vehicle’s mechanics or electronics. Therefore, the device is usable in any moving vehicle regardless of the manufacturer. A version of the system known as Work Safe Zones will be utilized to control cell phone usage in the work place for improved safety and productivity. Verify Smart Corporation will immediately begin work to incorporate this solution into its existing technologies to prevent or limit cell phone use in the workplace. The product will also be made available to schools, hospitals and public areas.
Under the terms of the agreement Verify Smart will develop the Mobile Safe Zones and Work Safe Zones web portals and be responsible for managing the ongoing infrastructure (including cloud), development, system support and business recovery for the related products. Verify Smart will acquire an equity stake in MSZ and have exclusive perpetual global Reseller rights to sell and market the Workplace Shield product.
