A bank in Wantage has cut its opening hours to just three days a week.
Nationwide Building Society will no longer open its doors in Market Place on Tuesdays or Wednesdays.
It will continue to provide face-to-face services on Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays.

In a letter to its customers, the bank explained the cuts were due to a rise in online and phone banking.
It said: “More and more people are now using alternative ways to look after their money, whether that’s online or over the phone.
“However, we know our branches and the face-to-face experience they provide are important to our members. They’re also an important part of the communities we serve.
“So, we’ll keep your branch open for when you want to see a friendly face or use our quick and easy self-serve facilities.”
